ACC Offers the FAST TRACK Program for College Students
Are you ready to work on challenging projects that make a real difference in the organization? Are you interested in partnering with leaders who want to open career opportunities for you?
ACC’s Future Acquisition Student Training (FAST) program is a two-year, paid summer employment opportunity designed exclusively to develop future contracting and acquisition leaders. During the program, you’ll work with mentors to gain greater knowledge of acquisition issues and challenges.
When you complete the FAST Track Program with at least 640 hours of work (320 hours each year), you may be eligible for entry in into a full-time position that’s just right for you with:

If you have finished your sophomore year and are pursuing an undergraduate business-related degree or an undergraduate degree with a minor (at least 24 academic hours) in a business-related field of study, the FAST Track Program may be right for you. To be eligible, you must be:
- Enrolled as a full-time student in good standing at an accredited educational institution
- A United States citizen
- Able to obtain a security clearance, if applicable
For recent grads, to be eligible for a position with ACC you must:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree
- Be a United States citizen
- Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.95
- Have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Have a minimum of 24 academic hours in business-related disciplines such as accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management
ACC often hires individuals for entry-level positions. Recruiting is typically done at the college/university level. Contact your local college/university placement office for future site visits.
