Secretary (OA)

The Secretary (OA) will serve as a secretary to the Army Contracting Command-Warren, (ACC-WRN) Division or Group Chiefs. Responsible for scheduling appointments, and establishing reminders appointments. Establishes priorities, schedules, reschedules, or refuses appointments. Uses judgment in accepting of declining invitations to meetings, and arranges for representation by a subordinate official when appropriate. Prepares correspondence for signatures ensuring the documents are in compliance with regulations, as well as the use of correct grammar, format and special policies of the command. Drafts letters of commendation, acknowledgments, notification, and other documents. Prepares or updates internal SOPs. Arranges for conferences, including such matters as location, schedule, agenda and attendance list. Makes travel arrangements, to include scheduling all aspects of visits. Notifies organizations and officials to be visited, and submits travel vouchers and reports. PD# 392555
